Het kampioenschap, dat opnieuw werd ge\u00efntegreerd in het Open Kampioenschap van Utrecht, kende in Csaba Horvath uit Hongarije een algemene winnaar met 5 punten.<\/p>\n<p>Hugo eindigde daar een half punt achter, samen met de verrassend sterke Oele Dijkhuis (Moira-Domtoren). Hugo had echter meer weerstandspunten.
