Zaterdag werd te Giessenburg de tweede jeugd Grand Prix van het seizoen gespeeld. In 14 groepen werd geschaakt om de prijzen. Groep 1 werd gewonnen door Tom van Egmond (Magnus), voor Koen Aubel (eveneens Magnus) en \tIvan Ponomarev (Eindhovense S.V.). Groep 2 werd gewonnen door Arvo Boonen (D.O.S.C.) en groep 3 door Thomas Otte (Almere)<\/p>\n
